If you want to discover Peruvian gastronomy, we offer you the opportunity to live a tasty experience cooking with the help of an expert chef and also experiencing each of the local foods and flavors with your senses.

Our cooking classes begin with the preparation of the huatia at 11:30AM and are led by a person from the community. Native potatoes are cooked in the huatia. Once the potatoes have been left cooking, we proceed with the preparation of the pisco sour, and then give way to the preparation of the appetizer, which is generally a Causa Acevichada.

After tasting the starter, we went on to prepare the second, a quinotto accompanied by lomo saltado or alpaca medallions with native potatoes. The experience of flavors and sensations that the group will experience will be amazing.

And to finish, we prepare a dessert that corresponds to a Peruvian fruit salad. The mixture of sweet and sour flavors will be quite an experience for those who have not tried the variety of fruits that exist in our country.

It should be noted that the menu could vary and be adjusted to the client.
