The Piuray Outdoor Center is a project that was born in the heart of the Pongobamba community. From the very beginning, members of the community have played a crucial role in the enterprise, giving us insight into their activities, land, and culture. In exchange, we've shared our knowledge with them about sustainable tourism and some of the activities we offer.
We are proud of how much we've grown alongside the community. We're working with more families and thus giving more of the community the opportunity to sell their handicrafts or guide one of our experiential excursions.
