The class begins with a visit to a community farm where we have the opportunity to learn about the products, agricultural cycles, and community life.

Then, we start with the preparation of the starter, main course, and dessert.


The class includes a ceviche starter, where you will learn not only how to prepare it yourself but the history of this flagship Peruvian dish. The class continues with a quinotto accompanied by tasty medallions of alpaca and native potatoes. Finally, we finish with a tasting of exotic fruits grown in Peru.
